You will be responsible for a number a key accounts across both the Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) channels. You will have the ability to shape your role to meet the requirements of your customers and to further strengthen our position in the Nordic markets. In the role of Key Account Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for driving the profitable growth within the PC, Gaming and Mobile categories across the B2C &amp; B2B channels.&nbsp; You will have accountability for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and will provide the monthly and quarterly outlook for your managed accounts. The time focussed on each channel would be 70/30, Retail/B2B. As a Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with identifying incremental growth opportunities across your customer base. You will ensure alignment across the Nordic Retail &amp; B2B channels and drive for incremental market share gains. Working closely with the sales and marketing team, you will be tasked with driving incremental execution through improved distribution and trade marketing. Within this role you will be expected to forge relationships on all levels within your key customer(s). You will be required to present a rolling 6 month executional plan across your account base.This role reports to the Head of Retail – Nordics, with strong collaboration with the Head of B2B Nordics. This role is home based, but requires lots of travel within the Nordic markets. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ownership of a number of Nordic Retail customers, collectively important to the total market KPI’s, whilst delivering your own person Gross Sales and Gross Margin targets.</li><li>Building and executing a strategic plan to grow the Small to Medium Business channel (SMB), aligned with the goals and ambitions of the total B2B channel, lead by the Head of B2B Nordics.</li><li>Work with the B2C &amp; B2B Marketing &amp; Sales teams to outline a full 360 degree annual marketing, execution and promotional plan across the Consumer &amp; Business channels.</li><li>Launch the required new product introductions (NPIs) across key customer base, contributing to the pre and post analysis of execution.</li><li>Develop an extensive contact network within each key customer.</li><li>Responsible for the forecasting of the portfolio and optimising the logistical operations with the support of the supply chain teams.</li><li>Maximise the ‘soft dollar’ investments including discounts, Marketing Development Funds, customer contributions and rebates.</li><li>Define and optimise the execution of all strategically important products (SIPs) across the account base within the B2C &amp; B2B channels.</li><li>Support the negotiation of any related annual contractual agreements and seek to optimise all investments, in return for mutually profitable growth.
